ok, soi'm going to use live. but when i get to the screen that launches it. it says "error: unable to connect". so i make sure everything is plugged in and i try again. same thing. i do it like ten times and it still isnt working

firstley, i swear we need a help section on the forums.
secodly try restarting yout router, turn/ plug the internet energy out of the...energy
